Leilani Lamartine founded Access Technology Systems in 2002 with a credential set rare in commercial security: a degree in civil engineering from the Federal University of Brazil and a specialization in computer science from Catolica University.

For 24 years she has built ATS into a hands-on integration shop that knows its products from the firmware up — not a reseller layered over someone else's installation crew. Every deployment is engineered, commissioned and supported by the same team that designed it.

ATS is a certified minority-owned business and has operated continuously from the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex since incorporation.

  • We don't resell what we don't engineer.

    If we put our name on it, we built the integration. Reseller plays don't survive operating conditions on a flight line or a refinery perimeter.

  • We don't take shortcuts on federal-grade deployments.

    ITAR, classified-area access, FIPS 201 — there are no shortcuts that survive that scrutiny. We engineer to the audit standard from day one.

  • We don't outsource our community hires.
